Your order can be returned within 7 days from the date you receive it if the product is unused and in the original packaging to Arniko Concept Store, Lagerstrasse 16a, 8004 Zürich. The money will be refunded excluding our incurred shipping costs. Our return policy excludes all sale items. In case of non-compliance with the return period of 7 days from receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded in the form of a store voucher.
