Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping rates Switzerland:

Orders above 80 SFr. free economy delivery
Orders below 80 SFr. Swiss Post - Economy: SFr. 8.00
Swiss Post - Priority: SFr. 10.00

Shipping rates for EU and rest of Europe:

Shipping: SFr. 38.00

Shipping rate North America (Canada and USA):

Shipping: SFr. 45.00

Shipping rates rest of the world:

No shipping or contact us per e-mail for shipping rate (info@arniko.ch). 

Returns for Switzerland:

Your order can be returned within 7 Days from the date you receive it if the product is unused and in the original packaging to Arniko Concept Store, Lagerstrasse 16a, 8004 Zürich. The money will be refunded excluding our incurred shipping costs. Our return policy excludes sale items. In case of non-compliance with the return period of 7 days from receipt of the goods, the purchase price will be refunded in the form of a store voucher. Returns later than 14 days after receipt of the goods will not be accepted.

Orders outside of Switzerland:

Customers outside of Switzerland will have to pay the VAT of the country to which the order is being shipped. Arniko Concept Store will not be held responsible for any additional costs such as VAT, custom fees, local delivery fees, or other fees. Arniko Concept Store provides every parcel with a tracking number. As soon as the parcel leaves Swiss customs, Arniko Concept Store cannot provide any guarantee on the parcel. If the parcel returns to Switzerland for reasons such as failed delivery attempt, wrong address or other similar reasons, the purchase will be refunded to the customer excluding the shipping costs, as soon as the parcel arrives at Arniko Concept Store.
