The Knotty Ones Knit Jacket Prietema Fantasy Blue

Crochet or "knitting with a hook" (as said in Lithuania) has always been a big part of Lithuanias national folklore costumes. Prietema is a Baltic take on the traditional bomber jacket that looks back towards Lithuanias heritage and forwards with its slightly oversized silhouette and natural recycled paper buttons.

Prietema means "dusk" in Lithuanian and she's ready to keep you cozy long after sunset. The knit jacket is handmade. 

Production Information 

The Knotty Ones are seriously proud of the knitters team they have gathered. Some work full time, others knit when they have time after taking care of their families. Currently, the brand has around 70 hand-knitters who work from home in rural Lithuania and two vetted, audited, family-run, female-founded partner production factories. There is not deadstock; the vests are produced in small batches.
